Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will do our best to put it right.

When you can return an item

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

• You received the wrong item, colour or size.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and send clear photos together with your order number.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept worn or altered items unless they are faulty.

Refunds and exchanges

Once we have checked the item, we will send a replacement or refund the amount you paid to the mobile banking or bank account you give us. Delivery charges are refunded only when the mistake was ours.
